Fifteenth Fashion Show Set to Dazzle Sold Out Crowd

There is an air of anticipation around town, a buzz in the salons, and excited chatter over lunch as ladies prepare for the 2018 Women to Women Fashion Show this Wednesday, January 24. Oh, there are several excellent surprises in store for the guest that will make this show go down in history! My lips are sealed but Chica said there is a red carpet! How many of us ogle the famous on the televised award shows- now YOU can walk the carpet under the palms. La di da, look out Nicole Kidman because the Jaltemba Bay gals are going all out to look sexy, gorgeous, divine. Retirement never looked so feminine. Yes, the media is going to be on hand to record.
With the theme, “The Stage is Set for the Best Show Yet: Las Vegas Style”, one would expect to find showgirls, glam, and champagne. Anything goes for the wardrobe: bling to cocktail to casual, darling- whatever is your lucky color. Yes, direct from Las Vegas is professional musician, Scott Webb to set the mood.
Don’t forget to put on sunscreen even though we are basking in the tropical breeze under gorgeous tents, this is the tropics and we are delicate flowers! Bring some moolah for the fantastic silent auction items, beverages, and raffle. You’ll have an opportunity to meet the 26 scholarship young women, oooh the beautiful fashions and just enjoy a wonderful lunch with girlfriends. What a perfect reason to treat yourself to something new! Yikes, make that hair and manicure appointment before it’s too late.
Yes, the Fashion Show is the gala event in Riviera Nayarit but it is more than just a party. This is the only source of funding for the group’s community initiatives: enabling the talented young women to pursue a university education; assisting the low income families by giving food bags at Christmas, and providing daily breakfast to 44 families at secondary school. The Scholarship team already has 28 applications for new students in addition to the existing 26 currently receiving financial assistance. And, Fashion Show has several additional funding requests to consider for 2018. Our party enhances many lives!
